One. Set up GoDaddy account delegation so I can publish updates without needing your password or your time. You stay in full control of the domains; I just get permission to deploy. Takes about 5 minutes to set up, saves us both hours over the year.
Two. A simple payment method on file — either a recurring ACH or card. Small monthly amount that covers ongoing maintenance, hosting oversight, and minor updates across your three sites. No more invoices to track, no more balances to reconcile. Just steady work, steady billing.
Three. This portal. Anytime you want to know what's been done, what's coming, or what needs your input, it's all here. Check it from your phone between showings. No email threads to dig through.
There's currently $800 outstanding from work already delivered. Once we set up the payment method, I'll close that out and we'll start clean.
